Abstract

Gastric polyps are usually found incidentally on endoscopy and usually they are hyperplastic in nature. They can be asymptomatic but may also present as iron deficiency anemia and if they are big enough then can also cause gastric outlet obstruction. Endoscopic removal and surveillance for recurrence and malignant transformation is currently recommended.
